it look more like they deleted alot of the the engine bay, like the power steering, a/c, windshield washer tank, and they took of the headers and left some of the stuff out of the pics. is that what a wire tuck is??? could someone explain? how would that work on our cars, or be done?
Crack kills... But then again... So do I...

wow i wish i could do that! Well i guess im just jealous because my engine bay is not that clean. Oh well!
Has anyone done this with an em2?
that is freakin' awesome and clean!!!
here's my engine bay, so freakin' messy!
i'm going to do that some day when i have the time.
I personally think that my engine bay is one of the most cleanest. Didn't get anything professional done, but did spend a lot of damn time on it!

the only way to get an engine bay that clean is to rid it of everything but the motor. if you lose ALL your accomodations such as power steering, a/c, cruise control, windshield washers, etc. youd free up tons of space and be able to eliminate alot of wiring. who really wants to do that on a daily driver? to top it off, to hide electrical components, you have to extend hundreds of wires to and from fuse boxes, modules, the battery, etc. based on where they are to be located.

in wire tucks, a lot of the accesories, such as windsheild washer fluid bottle, etc. are hidden in the area between the firewall and the windsheild. its where that black meshy plastic is between the hood and your front windsheld.

I'm doing a wire tuck now, and for those that haven't done it yet it takes a lot more time than you would think! It's not hard, just time consuming and you have to be good at attention to detail. If you don't have lots of patience, don't even think about it!

these bays, are crazy to dip, duck, dive, cover wires everwhere.. and if i swapped.. i read a company that makes conversion harnesses that hide a ton of wires together! but i wanna hide as many wires in my D17 as possible... let ppl see my slow engine..lol
