I think the vinyl strip is pretty orginal, I wouln't paint over it. Looks dope, but what color are you planning to paint over it with?

silver same color as the car... b/c u can see through and while bakin in the oven... it kinda has a rough feel

they're bright enough for me. i really didn't notice that much of a difference in the light output from the stockers. i don't do much country driving since i moved out of GA anyway...so when i go home, i try to keep most of my driving during daylight hours.
