I paid less than that for my NEW 05 EX SE Coupe...I think they both seem way to high. 32k miles on an 05 is a lot. Keep lookin is my suggestion.

the 04 is much nicer imo. Its an EX so power everything vs power nothing. But both auto's, I wouldn't do it but if yo utalk them down you could probably get a few grand knocked off.

Go to www.kbb.com and just see an estimate amount and see if it is close.

The 2004 I plugged in was $16,710 Suggested Retail on "kbb" and in Autotrader says it’s going for $15,999

The 2005 I plugged in was $14,525 Suggested Retail on "kbb" and in Autotrader says it’s going for $14,888

IMO a little haggling can go a long way. You can get these cheaper.
Hope that helped a little...

Why do you want an automatic??? Go 5spd so much more fun. You will regret getting the auto.

yeah i wouldnt get the red one, 32k on an 05 is alot of driving in 1 year, thats 3 years of driving almost, the EX is an all around better way to go, you got the 127hp VTEC, ABS, its not standard but that might have it, my ex has the Side Impact Airbags, power everything, moon roof.

hmmmmm...ok everyone beat me to it..but i guess i'll piggy back. 04 seems better choice...but...for that amount of mileage get a couple grand off, if not forget it. look elsewhere...

I'll say it now, those are way to high for a "deal". You also may want to use Nadaguide.com instead of KBB. Keep looking...
