Rep Power: 0 you need to know what you want. if you want somthing cheap that will give you power. you dont need to tune it too much. but you should get it tuned a little bit to make sure your running safe. for less then a thousand dollars you can have a nice reliable nitrous setup.
on the other hand nitrous will eventually become more expensive then turbo because you have to fill the bottle like say once a month. thats 50 dollars a month for however long.
if you want somthing you can have for along time save up for turbo. otherwise get nitrous then save up for turbo.

Rep Power: 363 you can spend money all the time you want your bottle filled or you can get a turbo and always have boost but remember that you always will have some costs for boost due to it being a N/A car from the start and honestly .. turbo is better

Rep Power: 399 A custom turbo set up depends on too many things. Mines looking at running about 3400 + the tuning. Then a new clutch and more than likely a headgasket and ARP studs just for extra insurance. So the 5000 number is probably about right for a comprehensive job. and thats w/o installing. Do the work yourself.
If you pick up someone's used kit, I've seen them below 2K, but some of that stuff in these kits needs upgrading. A used Dezod kit would be a pretty good score if it comes with everything.
The turbo is a huge chunk of the price, a less espensive turbo will keep the price down (mine was over a G, it didn't keep the price down). I've seen T3s for as low as 299, prolly rebuilds, but none the less a basically "new" turbo from sources that a lot of people don't have complaints with.
The thing will nickel and dime the **** out of you though.
