who cares type r or not. Just because they use red doesn't mean you can't use it yourself. As long as you don't go overboard and add an actual "Type R" emblem then I say do what you want

It's actually a guy in motorcycle leathers riding one of those little playground animals that are attached to a big spring. I can't find the big picture, but it shows more of the playground.

The red is a JDM emblem and unless you are going for that I'd stick with the silver. I have a blue emblem on my car right now. It was indiglo until I got pulled over by a State Trooper and now the light is disconnected and it is just a sweet blue. I've had it since my car was SSM and loved it, but now that it is custom painted the blue really accents it.
