Rep Power: 787 haha you should see the idiot bike riders around campus. sometimes i think they close their eyes at night. thats why i got these cause i've had one too many close calls parking on the street. not with cars but with bikes.

Rep Power: 787 yup it works exactly like the dome light. i had to run it through the door up the side pillar and through the roof liner and tap the wires directly into the dome light wire (middle dome light for the EX). the dome light assembly comes out by prying off the plastic piece and then taking off the screws to gain access to the wiring.

Rep Power: 0 awesome.. yeah, over 2 years ago i posted pics of these side markers i bought of which i painted the top half with a candy-translucent red spray paint. came out great but i never installed them! now that im going to mechanic school- i might take on this project to fill those long boring 3+ hours of shop time we get every day. thanks for the inspiration!

Rep Power: 787 the only small thing is you can see light shining out from the side of the door panel. its not too bad and prolly can be solved by puttin a box behind the light to block it.

Rep Power: 0 ahh yeah, doesnt sound like a big deal.., was it a pain to run the wire throught the inside of the door hinge? i imagine you ran it through the rubber flex tubing right?

Rep Power: 787 ha i actually got lazy and ran it outside of the door and then through the rubber. so now i have wire sticking out but i put loom over it and doesn't look too bad. i just couldn't get it to stick in that boot thing.
