Paint to match stock INTERIOR color

So I got a nice new alpine head unit installed at best buy today, and the lights on it are amber and perfectly match my other interior lights. However the covering (I don't know exactly what you call this, the part of your dash that goes around the head unit and has that little pocket in it) doesn't perfectly match my black interior. It is CLOSE to matching, but it is a slightly lighter color (more greyish) and has more of those little metallic flecks in it.

Is there any way I can paint this to perfectly match my stock interior black dash color? If so could someone link me to a place to buy this paint or tell me the paint color I should buy?

If not, does someone make those coverings to perfectly match that I could install?

i didn't even notice it but you could take off the trim piece, sand it down with very fine grit sandpaper, and repaint with flat black trim paint from any auto store. Not sure how well it would match.

As long as you dont get too insane with the paint, it will look fine. Just kinda keep it to the center console and vents. If you get OEM paint, it will blend with the exterior and not be ricey.
