which headlight should i get?

i've been looking into upgrading my grill and headlights this season. At first, i was looking into TYC projectors, but i believe it was gearbox whom informed me that the output isn't as powerful as stock headlights. So i've narrowed it down to the following:

http://cgi.ebay.com/ebaymotors/01-03...QQcmdZViewItem

http://cgi.ebay.com/ebaymotors/01-03...QQcmdZViewItem

i was also considering just the smoked black / darker stock ones, but i don't know the site in which to get them.

I know ebay is shady, and noobish, but i am getting them as xmas presents so i figured i'd save my gf and parents a couple bucks. What are your opinions on the lights? Do yo u have any other suggestions?

Personally i like the clear dual halos, the black ones just look kinda budget.

Another question is do you need to do any electrical modifications to accomodate the lights? Any extra splicing or fuse upgrades?

I would say stay stock and black them out instead , it looks a lot cleaner and does not stand out as much.

dont get those ebay projectors if you want more light output. i have a friend with them, and we have the same bulbs, but i have stock and he has ebays. mines are brighter. he said on an unlighted road he has to put his brights on and turn them down. if you get those ebay ones, maybe try a better projector lense
