The parking structure is supposedly "secure" because you have to go through the locked front door to get in. Either they live in the same apartment or somebody let them in or they snuck in. There are a bunch of mischievous kids who live in the apartment and always hang around the parking lot though...

Damn, that ain't cool! Like I've said in the other threads, aside from car alarms, getting micro cameras that give you a 360 degree view of the car is another way to do it!
