to BUY or not to BUY

ok i know this shady guy who just happens to have the rims i was eyeing up two weeks ago and he offering them to me at like a ridiculous low price... ($1100 even)i mean should i just buy them and turn a blind eye that their "FRESH OFF THE TRUCK"....considering i am so poor right now i can barely afford to buy gas let alone $3200 rims

Your Civic doesn't need $3,200 rims. If you can't afford GAS, you especially don't need $1,100 rims. Also, you admit to knowing they're stolen, and receiving stolen property is, um, looked down upon by the law...

haha these are cnd funds not us....yeah i'd rather drive my car than worry about paying off a guy that creeps me out....i'm depressed now, no new rims for me

It's ok. I'm pretty sure we all had to wait some time before we all got our rims. I know I had to wait a while for mine but when I finally got them, it was awesome.
