HUZZAH!!
I enjoy bass and beats so much. But when I turn the music up slightly, my rear deck rattles. It's because one time I took out all the panels including the rear deck, and the white clips under the deck didnt go in correct.
Well today I took out all the panels again. I had a brilliant idea to clean out the hard to reach parts of the whindshield and rear deck while they were out too! I put grease on the white clips and then i put the deck back on. yay the clips went in perfect and there's no more rattle during high bass!
now i can moderately bump my muzak without accompaniment of that rattle!

Here's the Rear deck Removal DIY (with pics!) -
http://www.7thgencivic.com/forums/sh...d.php?t=155281
Requires socket wrenching and pulling of clipped panels. But just like everything on our car, it gets really easy after you've done it one time.

WD-40 or imitation does everything. lol thats what I may use next time.
and if you can stuff speaker enclosures with pillow filler then there is no reason why you shouldnt do the same by the deck. spraying foam will just about permanently bond the lid to the deck if it sticks. thats very bad!
