problem with my stupid car. someone help!

hello, my name is lena. for those of you who dont know.

but yea.

so my car is making weird noises. sounds kind of like a water noise, but not quite sure. its coming from the front end of the car. i usually hear it when i go up drive ways or bumps in the road.

been hearing this for one or two weeks now...

what do you guys think it is? and how can i go about fixing this problem???

thanks in advance!

describe water noise. is it like a faucet? does it sound like your pouring out a beer? how long does the sound last in seconds? does it ever do it when your sitting still? can you make it louder by turning the ac on? does the car feel like it lost power when this happens? or does everything work fine it just makes the noise?

it sounds like water splashing around near the front. imagine a water bottle inside a container. it sounds kind of muffled. but at the same time. you can still tell it sounds like water.

dont hear it when the car is still. just usually when im going up driveways or over bumps at moderate speed. dont hear it when im on the freeway or going at high speeds. moderate.. as in 40 and below. around there.

doesnt do anything when the ac is on or off. no loss of power. just makes a noise. not all the time either. up and down driveways and over bumps

i also do not drive a civic. its an '00 accord. four door
