today i was driving home from a B-B-Q. and all of a sudden, i see police lights. i get 2 tickets for not doing a complete stop and not wearing a seatbelt. i guess when he cut the people off to get to me didnt count. oh yeahhe didnt have a seat belt either. point of this story, WEAR YOUR SEAT BELTS. now i have to dish out $140 to get these tickets dismissed, that coud have been used on so many other things. not the cops fault though i guess, just doing his job. but it still sucks. thanks for letting me vent.

Rep Power: 0 sucks, but it was your fault. I always wear my seatbelt, and bitch at others for not wearing theirs. Its important. The complete stop thing sucks, but usually I make sure I wont get pulled over for my stops.

Not sure how it is in Florida, but in PA cops cannot pull you over and cite for a seat belt violation only. The primary reason for pulling you over has to be something other than a seat belt violation. The seat belt ticket is basically a bonus.
