Broken Light
Has anyone had to deal with a broken item that UPS broke? My tail lights came in and the corner of it was broken, it can be fixed very easy and will not be noticable. UPS said someone will be coming tomorrow to look at my tail light. I had insurance to cover the item. Will they refund my money?
same thing like my 04 tail, ROFL.
anyway....same UPS too.......

ANYWAY....you can get the money....just like i did......i got $130....which is literaly what i paid to a member here for the tail....*fu fu fu*....
So...the only way u can get it is.......IF ONLY IF the ups guy signed that it is UPS FAULT........if he checked "not sure".....the whole insurance will be thrown out of the case..
now....when they UPS guy come.....he'll check all the packagin...including the stuffs which sealed up the "void" inside the packaging.........so make sure that it looks like UPS fault even though it might be the shipper's fault....

Rep Power: 322 I talked to UPS and she said that a person will come, she also said then the shipper will be notified about it, how long does this whole thing take to get my money back? So i will be able to keep them too?
I mean i took it out of the box and the piece chipped was laying in the bottom of the box. should i put it all back in the box again or what?
They had some plastics sacks with some bubble wrapping, and thats it.

Rep Power: 322 no need really, the guy paid $7 for custom packing and i get a walmart sack with some bubble wrap in the sack, no peanuts, or stuff to protect the corners, he even put down the package is breakable and non replaceable.

Rep Power: 322 The UPS Store is the one who package the product and shipped it, the person who i bought it off of just took it to the store. So how wouldn't i get the money? The seller already has my 130 for the tails, why would he get another 130 and not me, i'm the one who paid for the item.
