i need a new front bumper, well, i need to fix holes in mine, i've never done body work before, but i have a spare bumper, i would how hard it is?

um... what? I don't have a front license plate frame. Mine was optional... It came with the car. It was like a bolt on.

havent seen one like yours ^^^^^ but most have the shape built into the bumper.
it wouldnt be too hard to do this (shave it) but it would require putty-a more flexible bondo- and it would crack easily if sum1 bumps into you or u bump them especially in winter

fixer actually 04-05 dont even have the hole. the holes there cause lotsa dealers bolt the bracket on. i got lucky. never ha d mine installed

if texas did not require a freaking front plate I would do it otherwise I'm stuck and they will pull you over in a heart beat for having it in the window. We got pulled over for it on the way to houston for the HID show

and about the license plate, no has heard of a license relocator? its mad JDM!
