Up until about 2 weeks ago I was running a D17A2 (turbo) motor. Today I got my new motor an Integra Type R Swap K20A (and today I also got my buddies K20A3, busy *** day) we were able to put the whole thing in within 6 hours. All we have left to do is the radiator, hoses and a few little odds and ends. I added a few pictures of the swap. The first one is right after I got the motor; the second is of dropping the sub frame down. The third is comparing the Civic Sub frame with the Integra/RSX Sub frame. The fourth and fifth are of the motor in its new home. What do you guys think?
Nice work, good idea with the comparison picture. If you can post up a video of the car in action after it is complete. Are you going to be buy the hasport wiring harness or doing it all yourself?
Last time I had this much fun some furniture got broken!

If I win the lottery I will either go crazy on my civic with K20/turbo/kit/suspersion/everything or...
but a tc and boost it to at least 300 horses.
only flaw is i need to start playing the lottery.
hey then again if i take over my dads business like he offered ill be able to buy a civic and K20 swap in about a months pay! woot woot. LOL computer engineering degree to become an insurance agent.

well even if he went with the 04-05 axles or rsx axles he can still keep the 4 lug...the lug pattern like i said before depends on your brakes(sort of) and u can keep it 4 lug for whatever swap u do...i would just get a wrecked rsx and do the swap from that everything from rims to 5 lug, struts, engine, seats...etc...the spindle where the axle is connected to has nothing to do with the bolt pattern
