blacked out headlights

Hey Im trying to black out my headlights right now but I wanted to know if there is an easier way to get the silicone apart from the headlight itself. Whats the easiest way to get it all apart becuase the black plastic keeps breaking when im using a screw driver like the DIY says to.

the hotter the adhesive, the easier it is to pry apart...it took me F-O-R-E-V-E-R....but I was using a standard cheap **** blow dryer to heat up the adhesive...good luck

Dude, you have a sedan. Honda didnt use tar like they dont on the coupes. That rubber cement or hard as silicone is a bitch to take apart. For those you seriously need a heat gun and a friend. Last time I tried to do that without a heat gun, I put a screwdriver thru my left thumb.

easiest way for me was preheat oven at 250 for about 15 minutes then just stick it in the oven for about 10 to 15 minutes take it out and pull apart you might have to put it back in cuz it cools kinda quick
