the paint i used was black high heat KRYLON and silver high heat RUST-OLEUM. yes i know krylon has high heat silver but i already had the rust-oleum silver. rust-oleum also seems to have a thicker coat to it than krylon but rust-oleum doesnt stick well to plastic. if you plan to primer first, which i did not, use 2-3 coats of primer, otherwise the high heat paint will eat the primer. you can use the krylon high heat black as a primer.

i'm a little confused here. are you going to have the chrome piece in where the headlight goes? cause if you don't, your headlight won't be shinning bright enough to see.
