I don't see how you can think the plastic gauge inlay is sexy, it's one of the cheapest interiors I've seen. It's as if I'm in a powerwheels for teens rather than a car.
The ride quality of the scion is by far one of the best ive ever felt. Far superior to the civic that I had. I have never drivin a car that is as smooth as it is with modified suspension and 17 in wheels. The tC does have very little head room but allows you a seat height adjustment for the driver. at 6 foot i have 2 - 3 inches of head room underneath the panoramic sunroof (a feature rivaled only by bmw and mercedes and certain nissans) The dash inlay and gauge cluster is not cheap looking at all. Looks soooooo nice (my opinion). You must have seen one that was all jacked up and you must have test drove it with 3 people in the car on a road with rediculous pot holes. Thats my only explanation i have for a cheap look, poor ride quality and no power advancement from the civic. The civic is a sweet ride dont get me wrong but I switched from it for all the reasons that you say the tC is no good!

That last photoshooot was niiiice - extremely nice - how can the civic compare with that? (stock civic i mean) Stock vic vs that stock tc. We should do a poll. A picture of a stcok civic and a stock tc - what car generates most interest or appeal?

Definitely the tc. I love the look of tc's compared to civics. Now the 8th gen on the other hand rivals the looks of the tc.

Nice car. I think the grill looks awsome, but then again, I love factory parts now so...

I like the TC and I think the build quality is good because it's a Toyota, but, did you ever notice all the treads from people who didn't want there Civics, but bought them anyway, and have no brand loyalty.

Not me, i've had 4 Honda's and I think i'm gonna have a few more. It just seems like "some people" will jump from a Civic, to a VW, to a Nissan, kinda what ever is talked about at the time. I get whatever honda I can afford and still mod. Anyone with me on this? Oh ya, 06 SI is sick.

I have had 2 honda's. my mom and dad gave me an 93 accord when i first started driving then i went to to my 03 civic and then i went to the scion because the civic wasnt enough for me. Got a better job in sales dealing with clients couldnt have a little honda show car to pick them up in. Mom and dad and grandparents were even loyal to honda. Toyota and Honda i would say are pretty close to being the same company in my book. Quality and styling and things. Id even say toyota could be a little better. Simply because they offer more things in different options. You ever notice how you cant get a blue vic with black or grey int. You have to take it in that god awful beige. With yota you get a blue car in either type of color. I like what toyota puts out to its consumers more i think. Im loyal to both companies.

yea, especially when all the parts are being imported from japan which would take months to get here. If you have a front plate, you can use that to cover it up
