How it looks depends on where you mount the switches. Most people mounted them in the center console. This way you only need two switches, rather than 3.


Because not everyone got the LX or EX model. DUH!
It only costs about $100 for a 2-window setup from ebay.

The kits come with a plug to cover the crank & hole. They're universal kits that should work on virtually any car/truck.

Here's another pic. This is actually my car with the tweeters installed next to the door handle. You can see that the plug sticks out a bit due to the crank sticking through the door panel hole. This would make putting a tweeter there difficult, since it would also stick way out. Tweeters tend to sound better higher up on the panel anyway. It is possible to remount the crank further into the door itself to use a thinner plug, but you run the risk of it getting too close to the window. You could possibly break the window by mounting it too far inward and closing the door with the window down...same as mounting a speaker too deep into the door.
