Indash Screen
well, I saw that a few people posted pics of their indash screens.. so i guess i'll post mine up too.. tell me what you guys think.. it took about 2 days to make.. after the shop was closed, was when we got a chance to work on it. so i guess it kinda took more like oneday if you count the hours correctly.
BTW: I kno that i have a broken clutch pedal cover.. lol and yes, its dirty so.. i dont really care if i get comments on it.. lol

we molded it our selves.. took about 6 hours to do.. we wanted that OEM look.. so we set it back abit.. also helps with the glare factor in the day time.. I'm gonna set it up with the HKS monitor system.. it'll show my rev, speed, temp and air/fuel on the screen

took the screen out of its housing.. wedged aps plastic in the gaps.. used super T (industerial super glue like) to fill in the holes and gaps.. super T'd the back to hold on place... sanded it down.. filled with a stronger bondo like filler(light coat)..sanded again.. and sprayed with some texture and black paint.. sound confusing but it didnt take very long or hard to do..
the longest thing to do was the sanding.. took like 4 hours..just to get it right and even
At first we were gonna have a smoked out plexyglass in front of it.. so when its off, it looks like nothing is there.. but I wanted that OEM look to it.
