Did it happen to you, when you in gas station fulling up your gas and someone come over and checking out your car and saying all those good comment about your car. Like " nice car" " i like your ride" "Do you have a turbo because is look like a intercooler" For some strange reason a lot people think my car have turbo because for big stock radiator we have. I like hmm.. no i don't have turbo. "your car must be fast" lol I have repeat my self couple of times my car is not fast as you think it is... "it like a race car" lol lol People...

haha ya i kno wut you mean...i got that from this new guy that just got hired at my work, thought my car had turbo or something, n i jus had rims, body kit, exhuast...it was pretty funny and exciting at the same time...haha to get complimented, not that many people compliment cuz its a 'civic'...stupid idiots...im going show bastards!!! too slow for go!!! =P "it looks good dont it tho?" haha...thas wut i like to tell em..

I get compliments all the time but I think it has to do something with my Lambo Doors! Other than them saying, "Nice Car", "How Much Did It Cost to Do That?", and "What Kind of car is that", I dont think Ive ever been told my car was fast!

The thing with my car is when I turn it off - the CAI makes that sound as it slowly stops sucking in air and most people at gas stations and stuff think its a turbo spooling down.

id be careful to who you talk at gas stations. many thiefs hang out there and write your plate number down and ask you about the car to scope it out. then they go and steal it.

ive never had that happen to me at a gas station tho. i had some dumbass attendant in a parking garage tell me how much potential my car has. he was talking about fast and furious and all that, and saying how all i need is an intake, exhaust and im gonna be the fastest thing on the road. HAHAHA i mentioned something about the engine and he got this blank look on his face cause it had nothing to do with rice. i left laughing.

ya, i know what u mean... i had the R33 kit on.. with no mesh... and over spray from being painted got on it... so i painted it silver, anyways kids at carshows would come upto me saying SWEET UR CIVICS TURBO!!! IS IT ON BAGS??? blah blah blah and id tell them no... thats the AC Condenser... and theyd laugh saying.. ya right!!! quite funny.

Yeah i got the turbo thing couple times, and i dont no what to say to people, some guy like 30 or more was at a restuarant and i pulled up got out and hes like nice car man looks good, im lik ethank you, but thats cool iguess

all i have is a cai and a header back exhaust and when i shift at certain points it kinda sounds like im blowing off and ive pulled up to ppl where i go to race and they hear that and wont race..... i mean i have had s2000's and lt1 camaro's back off bc they thought i was turbo.... i just laughed and keep driving

LMAO!! This happens to me all the time... Only kids say its fast. It was funny cuz i was at a stop light and these kids were like "do you race??" ....Yea, and the typical "What kinda car is it?" and stuff like that.

Yeah i got it today.. i was eating at this italian restraunt and i was admiring my car on how much progress it has gotten in the last week and i see these two girls walk up to it and start just walking around it and staring inside the car.. and i told my friend and shes like haha.. and next thing you know these girls walk in an sit down... mind me (my friend is out going) and like im ordering and then she turns around and go so... you like his car... and there like yeah its very unique ive never seen a car like that.... it was hilarious..

And this one time i pulled up into the scion dealership and i had my a/c running and when my intake sounds like a turbo spooling up.. and so i pull up and the sales man goes does that thing have turbo.. im like no... supercharger?.... no... hes like whats the whining noise... im like intake... hes like oh.. well nice car.. must be fast.. im like... no... but thanks... Yeah but thats my story...
