do you guys think 225/45/17 will work without rubing, cause where i do my mounting and balancing the dude (mechanic) said its better to get it, whats ur opion

It'll be better, wider is better. But I have no idea if it'll rub or not. You should just get 215/45/17, it seems that's what the majority of people have. That's probably because it's what fits best.
