i want to make it lower, right now its like a truck so high. i hate it. what do you normally do to make it lower? and how do i get the boot off the consol? thanks. its a 2001

Rep Power: 0 then get a short shifter and if it is still to high use a hack saw for metal and then re-thread it. Also use the diy section to find out how to get the boot off. Also the search button is your friend.

Rep Power: 290 check mine revo ss, grey endlinks, capyodas alluminum bushings, with the momo air **** all about 160$ plus with the throttle cable moddified it makes a huge difference in engine response and that is good

^^there you guys go. this is a great kit it stabalizes the bottom of the shifter assembly instead of the rubber bushings. just get it all together and save yourself some time! its way worth it.
