I just fiberglassed them shut. The armrest is still there but it's just closed up and "shaved". You can kind of see it in this picture.

Here's a few of my "Customs"

Pictures include: the bodywork (Widebody with NSX scoop and body lines), paint (candy silver marble with a fade to candy silver dome with medium blue flakes), custom 2 tone gray and ash gray interior, VIS silver carbon fiber trunk (only one ever made), and custom trunk set up.

I recently ran into that problem about 2 weeks ago. ha ha....all good though, my interior shop that installed it did it so that it can unzip in case of situations like this. ha ha. So it's now just a blank wrapped visor with no name stiched on.

naw.....I've had my air struts for over 6 months now just sitting in my garage....ha ha.....I'm hoping to have my air ride completed by next month, but I need to find some time.
