In Feb. I was re-ended wile I was stopped at a red light. That cost the insurance company around $6,000 to repair the car, over $1,500 in my medical bills and over $6,000 for my passenger medical bills.

Today after eating lunch I was backing out of the parking lot of the restaurant and a forklift was coming, so I decide to let him pass, but another car didn’t so he tried to beat the forklift. He was backing out fast, he saw my car and braked but it still hit my car. Now I have a big nasty scratch in the rear bumper. This old guy in his early 50’s gets out and asked me if I wanted to do something. Man I wanted to scream so much at him but I was able to control it. I figured that if I report it to my insurance It will just give them an excuse to raise my rate. So I told the guy not to worry about it. I got into my car and waited for him to leave.

Wow... Did you atleast get his info and stuff? If that were me I prob. would have asked if he wanted to settle w/o getting insurance involved.

Damn, I probably should have gotten his info and tried to convince him to settle without getting insurance involved. I wrote down his license place number and car make and model but that’s about it. All that came to my mind is “My insurance will go up, my insurance will go up, my insurance will go up, my insurance will go up….”

No I can't do anything anymore. I'll just paint my car and get rid of other dents that were put there by stupid people that can't open a door properly and with respect to other people's cars.

I guess it's good you didn't get probed by the forklift. As I was reading that, I half expected your car to be skewered.
