when you opened up your headlights and sealed them back it prolly wasn't sealed "properly" that's what causes the condensation in your headlights when air gets in there and stuff.
Solution: Open them back up and reseal them or just let it be...happens to most people but it's really no biggie unless you got water building up in there haha.

well im not real sure that is what it is yet cause i still have dired silicone on the outside from my hands. and.... my headlight lenses look pitted to begin with like it was caught behind a sand truck. so i will clean it good and then see how it is. but they should have been sealed good because i had the stock tar and silicone so .... time will tell.

They didn't get reaseled properly. Take them back apart, get the water out, and reheat the sealant. You might also want to run a silicone bead around them. IBTM

i think he meant resealed....im tellin you man you think you resealed them properly but there not.
edit: that's just one of the cons of blacking them out...some people don't have the problem though but i know i did when i opened mine up.

you didnt seal them well when you took them apart, so water gets in there from the rain or just humidity. you can vent them out by taking off that black rubber thing that goes over your lightbulb, but if you want to condensation to stop youll have to reseal the headlights.
use the caulk that plumbers use for bathtubs etc., just use the clear one.

If you dont feel like opening them up all the way then just get a hair dryer and take out the turn signal bulb. Stick the hair drier in the hole and dry until moisture is gone. Then get some clear kitchen and bath caulk and seal it up. That should do it (I had the same problem).

You know those "do not eat" packets that come with your shoes/luggage/wallet/anything that needs to be kept dry during shipping? My buddy taped one little packet inside each housing (behind the paint part, and hidden from view). Might just be a little extra safeguard for ya.

Someone had a seemingly related problem on another forum--maybe it will help:
