Well I got a check from the insurence company for 1800 approx for what was stolen out my car. They basically stole everything but my speakers....
now I face the dilema....
should I put the money away and buy a new 9835 alpline deck for the dash.
or should I repair the damage they caused and rebuild my system again spending the full 1800.
I was thinking of getting MRV alpine amp, fosgate new T series and having car rewired.
what it comes down to is will I miss my stereo that much, or is the turbo so cake icing that it can sacrifice a good system?
also can anyone tell me total they spent on thier turbo kits?
Im talking about LX to EX exhuast conversion for the SF kit, guage pod, guages and a manual boost control?
that sound like a good setup?
anyways let me know what you guys think would be best. Also will the SF turbo kit with the Ex downpipe pass california smog?

Honestly I would put some of it into a milder system, one that isn't as noticeable but still sounds nice, and save the rest up for some of that boost action.

TURBO!!!!!!!!!!!! Gettin another system after the one u got stolen is a no no. I hear soo many ppl havin their stereo system jacked and its gettin to the point where its useless to get one. TURBO!!!!!!!

It's all about fast cars :P. After turbo you can put a stereo if you want but I doubt you'll want to cuz your just gonna wanna boost more .

The car is paid for and its not under my name, its under my fathers who helped purchase it for me my senior year of highschool. He wont put it under my name and won't let me sell it...
believe me I been wanting to get rid of it many times...however since Im stuck with it and I dont have to make car payments. why not make it fast and vise versa make it a car I like?
The cars warranty doesnt run out until next april..

I wish someone could answer my turbo questions about california law though...
Is it legal for me to switch to EX exhuast? has anyone check smog with this?
Can I pass smog with a turbo? has anyone been smogged yet?
If so why the hell wont SF get it Carb legal I would pay them 100 bucks if he did. Can't be more than that for the paperwork Im sure others would pay as well

find someone who bulids Turbos...its cheeper to have it built (if you know the right people) then it is to get a Turbo kit

one of the few things i do not regret getting is my system. for 1800$ you can get a real nice system. If you ever decide to sell your car, with a turbo you lose $$$$, where as a system you could just take it to your new car.

Good look finding a carb legal kit.
