as said..yesterday my got hit by a white 99 acura integra...it happend in the intersection and i was on green going straight and theirs this <A TITLE="Click for more information about car" STYLE="text-decoration: none; border-bottom: medium solid green;" HREF="http://search.targetwords.com/u.search?x=5977|1||||cars|AA1VDw">car</A> entering the intersection out of nowhere and hit my rear drivers side...**** sucks...its good that he admits his faults coz he's supposed to yeild when entering the intersection....i got some problems....will it affect my insurance..will it increase even if its not my fault? and also i think i voided my waranty coz i lowered my car and i put exhaust and intake in it? will it affect the process of fixing my car? i just got my car last june 2003... any help...??? so pissed!!!!

Did you file a police report? If not I would do so asap.

Did you have any witnesses? These will help incase the other driver decides he doesn't want the blame anymore.

Did you get his contact information, insurance, and license plate?

Your warranty has nothing to do with this at all.

get his info (drivers license #, the integs license plate, his insurance paperwork, etc)

^^ please file a police report asap. the sooner you do it, the better.
im pretty sure their were witnesses on the road but you just didnt get their info im guessing, so it'll probably be hard to find witnesses unless someone was riding with you.

take more pics for proof of damage to your car so his/her insurance will know what to fix. but they'll probably check out your car in person to see what damages happened.

yes did everything.. no witness but i called the police and file a report...its good the driver admits his fault..but im still waiting for his insurance company descicion...

yes i set an apointment for the for his insurance to check my car...nobody is with me i was alone so do he...theirs a car beside me but he decided no to get involved and just pass us by... its his fault coz probably he had been beating the red light.... thats a 3 lane road and im in the outer most right lane and if he is not driving fast he should have enough time to brake and not hit my car coz he is in the opposite lane entering the intersection.... will my warranty increase... coz i just had an increase of $134 for over speeding and now im paying $334 for my insurance...

I think you mean will your insurance increase? I wouldn't think so as long as you are not at fault. It's all on him.

The only time I know of insurance premiums increasing is when you or someone else makes a claim with your insurance. As long as you weren't cited for anything you should be fine.

**** the insurance called and said that they cant pay for the damage...they said its my fault coz im the one beating the light!!! wtf...im on stop and my light turns green so how can i beat the light...men i went to honda for and estimate and it will cost me 2gran for the repair....any help on how to deal with this crap of ****...their is no witness...if i did beat the light then i should have recieved a mail that i have been beating the light if that is what they said...coz their are cameras in that intesection... men isurance really suck......any advice??

if u have a laywer, its a good time to call out a case if your willing to risk. so u ran the red light and he crashed onto ur rear panel rite? did the integ do a full stop or a rolling stop?

a rolling stop is where u dont stop til its 0mph at a stoplight or stop sign, u just stop until ur car is rolling like 2mph or so. if he never made a full complete stop, tell the insurance that he didnt stop completly and look both ways before entering an intersection.

man, it sucks to hear you gotta end up with the bad ****. first he crashes ur car n his insurance wont cover it? that fool in the integ even admitted hes at fault.

take legal actions man. you was their, you heard it from the drivers mouth saying it was his fault...
