Altezza grille just has plastic mesh in the center. The RS grille has the same mesh, but it also has an "H" and an "RS" emblem. Since you have a coupe, get the altezza. I have the altezza grille, but whereas most people paint only the lip of it, I had the entire thing painted. Click on the "My Ride" button to see my grille.

nope. The RS grill has honey-comb mesh and a border that runs horizontally from side to side, aside from the emblems.
The altezza grill just has flat diamond mesh across the whole thing.

Altezza grill:

that red RS is just a sticker

RS grill:

See how the RS shape is molded onto the grill? That's where you put the RS sticker, but you can't get rid of that.

another thing to note

IF YOU HAVE A COUPE (2001 to 2003)

I suggest you go here: http://www.hondaautomotiveparts.com/...5=FRONT+GRILLE

and order part #2. Or buy it from your dealer or something. That is the Radiator cover for the sedan. These aftermarket grilles were designed to work with sedan radiator covers. The coupe radiator cover wont fit.

It doesn't matter though. Without it, there will just be a open gap between the frame and bumper. Some idiot could reach under the hood, grab on the top edge of the grille and yank out, for watever reason (trying to steal the grill). I've got some fingernail marks on mine. Looks like someoen was interested

Here's my altezza grill on my Rallye Red for a good visual. I got the lip painted for $35 and also have the radiator cover
