DAMN!!!!!

i had a final today at 8 am...
so with only 5 hours of sleep i decided to go to school at 7 am to review...

at 630 am, i'm at the light in front of my house...

there is a ricer infront of me (old eclipse, HUGE wing, alteezas, and Type-Speed)

i'm stopped for like 30 seconds.....and

BAM!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

i get slammed into from the back....
all i can think about is my back end is gone......AGAIN! (remember my other accident)

and now the PoPos are gonna show up in an hour...i'm not gonna be able to take the test, i'm gonna get a ticket for hitting the ricer....

So we all get out.... I yell some explicatives (spell check) to the lady.....

i say.... "I'm calling the Cops"
ricer says " VROOM VROOM!!!!, and he speeds away"

GOOD! now i won't get in trouble

DAMAGE:
Gash in front Kaminari Lip, cause of the ricers exhaust
Broken Alteeza Style/Type R Grill
7 inch scrath on back bumper
and 5 inch sratch on Kaminari Lip, Back Bumper....

NO structual damage...so far....

SHE AGREED TO PAY EVERYTHING CASH!

i got all her info.... and she works for the Florida Dept of Agriculture, Citrus (spell check) Department, so i got her FL Dept of Agri. ID # etc....

AFTER class today at 11 am, I will go get my estimate....
MY FU.CKING BODY HURTS (but im tough....i'll be str8)

with such an impact i can't believe nothing happened to the car......

MY CHANGE(under the ebrake) EVEN FLEW UP ONTO THE DASH! WOW!

so yea... I'll let you guys know what happens!

And on the 23rd i have court for some lady that backed into my car, January 1st 2004....SHE WILL PAY, just a nasty 10 inch diameter scratch!

Hope you feel better. Was the lady just stupid and not paying attention? And at least the ricer drove off, haha. I bet he had some warrant on him for street racing. But at least it's getting taken care of. You should go see a doctor!

alright guys....

MY NECKS TILL HURST, i took 2 Asprin, and i'll be okay! IM A TOUGH GUY!

well.... i went and got 3 estimates....

1- $916
2- $644
3- $644 (and he will fix my major door ding/dent for free)

SO im going with #3.

In the state of Florida, if she hits me from the back, and i hit the guy infront.... IT IS MY FAULT! because i was to close...following to close etc.

I'm gonna take it to the shop next week...

I spoke with the lady...she's gonna give me the $644 tomorrow....i have to meet her at her work....she seemed very concerned, so at least we have some good people here....even though SHE WAS DRIVING WITH HER HEAD UP HER AS.S!!!!

i will post pics ASAP!

my brother was hit from behind and was pushed into the driver in front of him and he was not given a ticket and on the report it was stated that it was the person who hit my brother was at fault for the person that my brothers car was pushed into

You should have told the lady it would be $916 and then turn around and spend $644 on it and get you some nice headers or something she couldnt see from the outside
