incase you forgot heres the link to what happenedclick me for horror i just got a call from the shop they are gonna fix it instead of totalling it....i now have 2 options....i can go 100% thru the insurance and have my car fixed and flamed from front to back in a non-pink color scheme......or...... i can pay about 1500 more to have them paint the jambs and the peices that werent affected in the crash....dont forget i have to pay my 500 deductable as weel so im looking at about 2000 total......i duno what to do....i like both ideas but i dunno what will be better

let me start by saying its messed up that they are going to charge you an extra 1500 for the jams and stuff considering all the work we bring them. my oppinion take the parts list you get, and buy some of the parts yourself ie: hood, fenders, head lights, wheels, stuff that you can get a better price for then them charging you retail, and just go over it with them and tell them you will get these parts. this way the money you save from that can go twords the extra for the paint if you repaint a diff. color, or if you go black with ghost flames or something like that, then you can use the extra for the little things you wanted

tom like i said - put it back to black. have the ins pay for it. then save your $$ and go somewhere else... vinny isnt the best custom paint guy in the world u know and im sure if u look hard enough u will find someone better... and while u are looking just save like 500 a check...

Rep Power: 0 might go with a bomex front or maybe even keep the skyline.....might not be broken bc its urethane.....but im gonna do what sivikchik said paint it all black then save my money and get it painted somewhere else.....its better like that bc i cant come up with 2gs in a week and a half

NOOOOO!!!! i wanted it 350z blue... lol i would do it to my car but im broke so i wanted it on ur car.... but so far all the ideas sound good to me. black w/ ghost flames, 350z blue, or like ur wifey says put it all black and take it somewhere else.
