guage cluter.. should i?
ive seen the diy for the blue l;ed for the 01-02 guage cluster... i have an 03... they have a completly different cluster set up.. it has day time running lights... and the back grounds black.. u think itll be a good idea to do the blue led for the guage cluster>?

Haha. That's me I guess. The 03 clusters have white LEDs for the numbers, so you could always change those. I used EL wire but had to tear up the entire inside plastics to make it bright enough. I would try to open it and see if you can just replace the white LEDs with blue.
the actual gauge faces are all filters (the red) except the white. and yeah, the LED"s are white. if you were to swap in blue LEDS, itd be kinda a bright blue, which i guess is what you want. but the blue LED filtered through the red rings and KPH readouts as well as the red needles would be much darker.
i was going for an all red look (including the nubmers) so i slipped in bewteen the gauge faces and LED panel some red filter paper. looked pretty cool but it got kinda dark in the day light. you could try it with bright blue filter paper.
