Deciding on Paint again...
Ok, so I changed my mind yet again, and was wondering what you all thought? I originally was gonna go platinum silver to black top two tone. Now, I was thinking about something else. It's inspired by the new K24/K20 frankenstein Skunk2 RSX. I was now thinking about going flat black with a satin or flat clear coat with my civic. I'm not getting the Jesse James wheels anymore, and was considering a flat black rim such as the Konig Glide, Tenzo-R's, or some Rota Slips. Ans I already have the Black Widow front, Octane sides and rear on the car. I haven't painted it yet, because I'm waiting for my Benzo taillights to get here so they can fab them in and shave the entire car. Only things left to shave are door handles and trunk keyhole. Then they're molding on the WW 3 piece flush mount, should I decide to go with it. I though about going spoilerless. What you think about a flat black vic?

pearl would be a nice idea, but if you do pearl, you better find another daily beater. Reason being....pearl is the hardest paint to match next to marble. I suggest you go with the black and put a layer of flakes in your clear. The flakes will bring the shine out, but still keeping with the black when out of the light.

well.......i am planing on painting my car next yr and i will be doing HOK Brandywine Kandy top coat and maybe a gold or silver base coat.
IMO....flat black is just too plain on a show car.
