Recomended mods.
I am about to get a 01 or 02 Honda Civic EX Coupe. I plan on getting a silver color and I was wandering what types of mods you would recommend. I have some that I plan on doing:
-New CD Player (not exactly a mod)
-Altezza Tail Lights
-Clear Corners
-White Face Gauges
-Suicide Trunk
-Wheels (17" and chrome probably)
-New Exhaust
-Lower it
Tell me what type of mods you think i should also get on it, and try to keep them cheap, new wheels is the only mod that I want to put a lot of money in, but do tell me what would look good, no matter the price.

DYI black housing JDM style leave the amber on
Drop it with some Neuspeed race spring

Don't get the taillights. You'll get tired of them in a few months. Everything else sounds good. You can also do some small engine stuff.

A good cd player is a great investment.
Clear Corners.....ther are better ways to waste...I mean spend money.
Gagues are cool.
Suicide Trunk - to much.....I thinks its a waste of money
I say lower the car first then get wheels.
Chrome is expensive and heavy...making your car slower that it already is.(Civs arent fast anyway)
I think chrome is ghetto and doesnt look good on silver cars. Go with gunmetal.
Exhaust is a good envestment.

And how much would a suicide trunk run me? I read a tutorial that all you have to buy is some hinges and then install it. I heard it wasnt that much. And what type of tail lights should i get or should i keep the oem taillights?

As far as cheap mods go, I'm guessing by the list your more in it for show than go for your car. You could pick up an altezza grill and get it painted, get a new shifter **** and pedals. Maybe some new seats.
I'd keep the OEM tail lights, and if you want you can dye them a darker red...looks pretty sick...Definatley go with gunmetal on a silver car, it looks so much better...and if you have the cash, get a DC header, and high-flow cat, and a tanabe muffler with the exaust system...

Rep Power: 0 Now I am not getting a 350z, I want a civic. I do not care much about making it go fast right now, its not gonna be raced. I am just doing cosmetic mods. can someone please give me suggestions? so if i see something that i like and i will know what it is and be able to do it instead of only knowing a certain amount of things, but only tell me what you think looks good and what is popular, even though you may not think that the popular stuff looks good.

Rep Power: 328 So you just want to be popular and look like everyone else...well, then get a Wings West body kit, or an OEM kit, some 17's in any color but chrome or white (since you have a silver car), tint the windows, get some M3 mirriors....I donno what else to tell you man. Try browsing the members rides if you want more ideas

Rep Power: 0 yeah, pretty much....alot of people hate my car, but I dont care, its what I want....build your dream and let it flow from there. Just keep all your stock parts in case you ever want to switch it up a lil.
