I don't believe they do. You can either change your stock gauge lights to a different color, or swap the entire cluster with one from an ex with tach. But then the mileage will be different.
If you search, you'll find that some dx members here have done alot of creative stuff to make it look better.

Send a PM to Bellz. He even has a site dedicated to modding out the DX. Alot of people here have extra gauges installed where there are empty holes. Some even have power door locks and windows.
I wrote a DIY a while back on how to change the cluster lights. May want to read that and see if it's something you can do. The backlight is pretty easy.
There are lots of pics here, so hopefully your connection is fast.

My ears were burning...knew somebody was talking about me.
As far as I know, nobody makes indiglos or any other cluster products for the DX. So, your options are pretty much limited to:
1. Modifying the stock cluster
2. Getting a 01-02 LX/EX cluster. The 03-04 won't work without rewiring.
3. Making due with what you have and possibly adding a tachometer or aluminum gauge bezel.
I did #3 and you can see some pics in my gallery. Tachs are pretty easy to wire up. Clusters are easy to swap. I have several DIYs you'll be interested in, including the cluster swap. They all have FAQ sections to answer questions. Link is in my sig below.
Modifying your cluster is a b*tch and I wouldn't recommend it unless you know what you're doing or don't mind the risk. You may end up dorking it up and buying a LX/EX cluster anyway.

I found a place that posted on their site, that they sold DX Indiglo gauges. I called and were like, " Uh, well yah if its on the website we sell it." I asked if they had them in stock, he checked on the computer and then realized it showed that they didn't carry them or on back order. Stupid assess. I called 2 more times about a month later and got the same sht. So I've given up searching for the indiglos.
Good luck those doin mods. I added a seperate tach on my dash. it's cool. Wish I had those gauges though to match.

If you're not gonna sell your car for a long time, just get a new cluster off ebay that has a tach on it and swap it in. There are numerous threads on here with the info. The only thing is your mileage will be wrong. Some speedo shops can actually fix it for around $100.

You could. New clusters go for $500 I think. Then even more to install it, and they put a sticker on your door jam that says the odometer was reset on such and such date. Bad.

got it done, no pics yet. i love the EX cluster!!! it took forever to find where to install the controls for the indiglos, but it's sweet. the car only had like 2,000 miles difference than my car.
