OEM Front spring isolators
I just had my front struts and springs replaced by Honda because of a hard clunk going over bumps. I noticed that the new springs had no rubber wrap at the bottom of the spring seat and Honda stated that they're not needed with these new struts and springs.
The car seems to drive a lot smoother on normal roads, but a hard thump is sometimes felt going over small bumps and ruts on the road.
I think this because there is no rubber seats at the bottom of the springs. What do you think? any ideas welcome?

Just got back from Honda. My springs and struts are just fine. No isolators needed. The front wheel bearings needed replacing. They were defective. No charge by Honda and no more clunk.
