I remember hearing about a lot of accidents this month. Well...add me to the list.
I was at my girlfriends house when we hear this screeeeeech BANG BAAANG. SO I run out to the porch and see some dude nailed her neighbors truck. My car looked fine. So I run down and wake up the neighbor. We go down to assess the damage and see wtf the deal is with the dude. Now remember I said my car "looked" fine? yeah...fat chance. The focker side swiped my car over corrected, spun out, and hit her neighbors truck. I just switched rims last week in preperation for winter (not sure if thats good or bad..I could have got a new set) The dude was hammered and tried to say his control arm broke. The cops showed up and took him away in cuffs (the only nice thing). He said he has insurance but the cops found no proof of insurance in his car. What sucks is there isn't enough damage to total the car. It'll never be the same again and my resale value just went
GRRRRRRRRR drunk drivers should get kicked in the ***** and have thier throats cut with a rusty butterknife. I guess I wont be doing the PA meet on the 8th now
. Anyway... here's some quick pics...I'll take more in the daylight.

Drunk drivers are the absolute scum of the earth. If you wanna throw your life away that's fine with me, but how dare you put someone else's life in jeopardy?
Drunk Drivers should be treated like first degree murderers. At the very least a DUI should mean a permanent license revocation. How is it that we can allow people to get 3 & 4 DUI's? It's like playing russian roulette.

after you get your car repaired by the insurance company,
go to a honda dealer and have them quote you what the
car would be worth if it had not been in a wreck and a
quote for what it is worth after being repaired. You can then
take the drunk driver to small claims court and sue him
for the depreciated value of your car. This happens all the time

that really sucks dude, if that guy hit my car, first thing is that i would get him out of the car, kick him in the *****, then when he is on the ground kick him in the head a few times, then kick him in the *****, and repeat step two and three over again till the cops arrive

Wow, you guys who say you would kick his *** are really tough
lease: What would that accomplish besides getting you a battery charge? It's these same short tempers that lead to spousal abuse. Does anyone think before they act anymore?

i agree with jollysid....DUIs should be mandatory license revocation. cuz you know that they will do it again, cuz all it is is a fine....
and he won't be in trouble long, or go to jail or anything, cuz noone was hurt. the only time things are serious is if anyone is hurt in the accident. property damage doesn't really count. he is just going to pay a fine, sit in jail for maybe a week tops, then get out and do it again, all the while going to mandatory alcohol abuse classes. oh yeah, and maybe get his license suspended for 6 mos-1 year. THATS IT!!! thats insane to me....we should make em take the short bus everywhere, with the side saying drunk drivers transportation service, then maybe they won't do it again...(if you humiliate them, and make them pay all at the same time...)

Yea...our laws on DUI are waaaaay to lax. Poeple have 3 or 4 DUI's and still have a license? WTF. IF I get caught speeding 4 times I lose my license. That makes no sense at all to me. I also found out that the dude doesn't have insurance. AAAHHHHHHHH. So your driving an 82 dodge shadow, drunk, with no insurance. Yea your at the top of your game. Dude should have been killed in the accident and made the world a better place. More oxygen for the rest of us. GRRRRR

Update: The dillweed that hit me (with a 92 Dodge Spirit I might add) has no insurance. I now have to take him to court for my deductible, the resale depreciation, and rental car reimbursement. There was just over $6000.00 in damages
