I've personally done about 95% of the removal process. The rest I've had a little help with.
Figure I've got about 30 hours of nothing but "de-modding" in the last few weeks. About 12 hours of that has been in the last week or so. . . . hauling *** on getting the rest done before going to the dealership tomorrow afternoon.

Completely stripped, the dealership was talking somewhere between 9-10k. However, since they want the sale, and they're not really selling STi's under MSRP, I think they're making the deal sweeter on the trade-in end for me. I've got too many miles on the thing to really warrant that kind of valuation, and they know it.
