what i basicly want is.. a short shifter.. that POPS int the gear... i duno if ne 1 know waht im talking about.. but if u do.. what all would i need to get that??? i kno that ima need a short shifter... but what is all this bushing stuff?? i still dunt understand it

I have the REVO and you really have to make sure it's in gear before releasing the clutch. It kinda has a pop at the end of your throw. But other than that I don't know what you're talking about.

i remember hearing a click when he put it in gear and when he shifted...i thought that was pretty ghey

i know the mazda shifters have kind of a harder feel than the honda shifters. you'd have to do some serious modification to the shifer assembly to do that. i think a revo SS and some metal bushings would help.

I don't think the synchros are gonna let you slam into gear. Well, they may, but they'll last about 2 weeks.
Maybe if you got Dog Gears (don't even look for them, they don't exist) instead you could do that. Like you can hear that when the car is revved up anyways.
