Just wondering if you mod your cars for other people to see, or just for yourself. Maybe even for both reasons? I think a lot of us want to get looks when driving-at least that's just me.

i mod my car cuz it's my hobby. i love doing it, haha. and yes, i like driving around with a different lookin' civic. gotta love it when you turn hella heads.

one reason why i mod mine is to make it different from the 1,000s of other ones on the street..

not ONE mod i have is for speed...personally, i think its a waste of money. because no matter what you do, someone's car is going to be faster than yours. (remember, we do drive civics).

BUT NO OTHER CIVIC LOOKS LIKE MINE.
(i haven't seen anyone else with a hybrid spoiler on a EBP sedan...hehe. And I think I'm the only one on the site with that decklid on a sedan isn't a Hybrid Civic)

I'm the same as smoke4. I'm doing almost all my mods for looks. It'll probably be even slower once the kit is on.

As spencer said, The only way to have a unique civic, is to leave it stock.

Since everyones civic is modified in some way.

As anthony said, nothings better then watching someone break their neck trying to catch another glipse of your ride.

My cars slow, but not for long.

All mods are for my satisfactions haha. shiftknob because i hated stock ones. looks ugly. lowered my car becuase stock height is just awful. rims for nice look, intake for sound, i really could careless about how other people think about my car, just my hobbie. say no to rice

I do it because I can and I have fun doing it, plus its really fun to drive your car down a windy road after you have properly set up your suspension and engine.

same here. I think I was the first one around my area to sport a 7th gen, and I intend to stay different from the crowd that followed. I like the changes I make to my car, and I do it for my own personal enjoyment.

For example: people won't care about my power windows. But if they only knew that I always had to crank my windows up and how annoying that was, then they'd understand why I installed a power windows kit. I love that thing
