update: I think I found the aux import, so I plugged it in with my RCA. Now if I turn the volume up i can hear a very faint sound.. I dont know how to make it come in clear?

It's probably just interference from nearby power wires or an inverter. Try shielding the wires better or moving your iPod RCAs away from them as best you can. I did both, but still get some static, but it's gotta be super load though (I don't really notice too much anyways).
