I installed my Neuspeed strut tower bar yesterday, so I wanted to find a curvy road to test my new handling upgrades. I was heading down the I-15 here in SoCal in search of a mountain road when I came upon a police cruiser in the slow lane. I decelerated from my previous 110mph cruising speed and matched his 80mph one instead.
There was a black Expidition riding the tail of the cruiser, and every time he switched lanes, the SUV would too. They cruised together in the fast lane for about 5-10 miles and then the Expidition pulled into the far right lane and started passing the police cruiser. Since city police don't have jurisdiction on highways, he couldn't really do anything. He seemed to get really bent out of shape though, and flashed his light bar on for a couple seconds, then he hit the Expidition's driver's side window with his spotlight. The SUV driver seemed to taunt the cop, because he turned his running board lights on. I was thoroughly enjoying this little scene by this time.
The Expidition took the next exit, and as it was exiting the cop turned his dome light on and shook his finger at the SUV driver. I looked at the driver and was surprised to see a chick driving. The girl gets a big thumbs up from me!
Silly po-po's.
Alright, I think my brakes have cooled to the point where the whole wheel assembly isn't radiating heat anymore, so it's back to the tiwsties for me!
Peace.

Yeah, they can always call for Highway Patrol, but this didn't go on too long. It all happened in under a minute. It was so funny to see, the cop was all butt hurt that she had the ***** to pass him and he couldn't do anything about it.

That she had the ***** to pass him? Doing 80?
I wouldn't call that having *****. . . I'd call that having a bad case of the "stupids". Taunting a cop is one of the most idiotic things a person can do.

Indeed. . . that's pretty brazen maneuver on her part.
But. . . there's a fine line between bravery and stupidity.

yeah that was honestly pretty stuiped of her, and i wouldnt doubt the fact he called it in and told them what exit she got off at. Unless she knew the guy and was joking around with him
umm... that story is bullshit...
california peace officers have jurisdiction anywhere in the state. Period. The person driving the patrol car either knew the chick or was not a cop, just driving the car.

You are entitled to speculate on whatever you want, whether or not the lady knew the cop, etc. but don't say it's bullshit when you weren't there to see it.

That may be possible, however that does not make my story bullshit. I related what I saw.
