ok.. just as a simple question.. would it be considered rice if you make your car look slower than it is?

like say i dress my sedan up as a civic hybrid? with emblems and front bumper?

of course i would still have my exhaust, and remain NHBP

well.. i was gonna do the whole thing.. but a few things would set it aside form normal hybrids for now... Tails, color, spoiler, mirrors, and sunroof... altho i will probablly get rice tickets.. i dont care.. they are just ignorant ppl if they cant identify a hybrid from a normal civic...
oh.. yea.. i am planning on doing the hybrid emblems...

do what you want. It wouldn't look like rice. It would look unique and make me look twice. Rice is a car with euro tails and a big as spoiler making their car look like a shopping cart. JMO

i think the best way to make a rice car is to put a big nissan GT-R emblem on the grill instead of an H. lol.

i actually saw a V6 mustang at pep boys (its next to my dealership) with a GT-R emblem on the grill and a Type R windsheild banner. they should be killed.

but yea... you gotta get the weird civic hybrid 14" alloys to make it truly worth it.
