is it true that the light comes on a 2K+ ??? and after shifting to 3rd it stays on when speedometer reads 40 mph and above?

Somewhere between 2300 and 3200. And it stays on in any gear beyond said RPMS... has nothing to do with MPH unless you count above 65 in 5th, but thats because the car is running 3300 RPM and up

heh.. all the questions were answered already. but its very cheap, only about 4 bucks for the led, and Jon (horatio on this site) already had the equipment i needed.

when you hit VTEC it illuminates your drink
hehe, yes it does. i didnt use a high resistor, so its pretty damn bright. it lights up the plastic piece around the cig. lighter too.

mine comes on at exactly 2500. it doesnt always stay on, it just depends on how hard you step on the gas
