To People that had an accident to their bumper

I'm sorry but I'm probably posting in the wrong section anyways... So please excuse me.

Well my friend hit my rear bumper of my driver side and now it's hanging out probably a quater inch and I'm wondering to those that had similar problems... How much did it cost you to put a "new" bumper on or an aftermarket since the hooks are probably broken or probably not cause it looks like I can pop it back in.

Cause I'm probably gonna go to an auto body shop and let them do it with an aftermarket bumper like xenon or something.

So to you guys that had similar problem how much did you pay to put the rear bumper on and fix the hooks or whatever that keeps it there and it would be very nice of you to tell me how much you put on side skirts as well...

Thx in advance sorry for a longer post than I expected

My car is in the shop right now for the same problem.

It's costing $997 to fix. But when I got rear ended they broke the clips on my taillights so I needed new tails also. If your taillights are okay then it should only be around $700 to fix.

645 at the dealership - well it was free, but would have cost that, and they worked with the insuance to get an aftermarket bumper, from xenon
for my bumper, painted, installed

I got quoted for $1200 (w00t) and my tail light is chipped probably the size of a baby's pinkle and there's very minor scratches and paint scraped off near the edge of the connection of my bumper and the body... So I'm wondering if a detail shop can fix that part... But I'm feeling a body kit coming

Also If I got a new bumper I wonder if it would fit without hassle cause it don't look bad and seems like it can be popped back into place... Wonder how much it would cost... hrm....
