According to modacar, they are adjustable and come with an integrated tie bar. It isn't their regular kit, but the speedtech kit.

I just looked it over, and the endlinks and the tie brace may be adjustible, but thats not the same thing as the bar being adjustible. So to me thats not what im looking for.
However, the Comtech Sway/tie bar combo listed there for the 03 SI, appears to be. Those parts fit the civic coupe right? But at 535 thats a littel expesive to me.

I autocross, and having an adjustable bar would allow me to Fine tune my handling. With a Standard Anti-roll bar you are stuck with one spring rate. Its better then stock, but you can’t adjust it to work with your other parts better. With an adjustable anti-roll bar, the bar can be adjusted to better work with your springs. For Example, if you were to have High rated springs, and your car still understeered, you could put on a larger Rear anti-roll bar to fix the problem. But what if by doing so, the car now oversteered. If the Anti-roll bar is not adjustable, then you’re screwed, but if it is then you can adjust the bar to work with those springs to make the cars handling Neutral.
For normal street applications a non-adjustable bar is perfectly fine. In motorsports you need that adjustability to tune the cars handling to the max.

Ok, thanks. I plan on getting into Autocross. In fact, I am going to my first race on June 8.
I like making my car handle better, but I don't want to sacrifice too much of my ride quality because it is a daily driver. Maybe when I can make it a real race car and have another daily driver (and i can afford it) i will hopefully add better race parts
I have learned alot from you. Thanks
