It is up to you. If you get the 19mm rear, i wouldn't suggest upgrading the front or that will cause too much over steer. that is a pretty good price (i am assuming that is around $50 USD??)

i think its used, came off an RSX..
will it fit my 2k2 Civic Si (Canadian Si, American Ex)
and where bouts it goes.. haha... im not a super car guy, just saw this and didnt knwo if it was a good deal.. hehe.. can i install it myself? how long will it take to install?
or should i get a brand name one?

Honda is a brand name one. The 22mm can break the endlinks if you push real hard, so unless you plan on the $160 US for Hotchkis Endlinks, go for the Honda 19mm bar.

Sure it fits, I'm well aware of the size difference. Underneath, a Civic and an RSX are the same thing. You can do it with nothing else, but it would be advisable to get a lower rear tie bar as well... with the extra force from the larger bar you should re-enforce the lower suspension when you do it.
