X-brace creaking....

I just finished off stiffening my chassis by installing the spoon sports rear upper strut bar. I have noticed (before installing the bar, just recently) that I am starting to hear a lot of creaking coming from the front end of the car (probably where the x-brace is installed). This happens on braking or cornering......

I have checked the torque of the bolts, and they look good. The only thing I've noticed is that when I had the car up on jackstands with the wheels off of the ground that the x-brace had a slight upwards bow to it - Don't think its supposed to look like that....

Anyone have any ideas?

Would it be better if the final torquing down of the mounting bolts occoured after the car was lowered back to the ground? Opinions anybody?

I'm going to try and take the brace out and see if it is warped. If it is I'm going to try and get in touch with neuspeed and see what the deal is. The subframe should not be flexing THAT much where it would cause the bar to warp! At this point I'm not too sure what is causing the creaking, it could be the damn control arm since I had the bushing changed out from Honda. If anyone else has any ideas, please let me know - otherwise I'll place my findings here.
