ok ima newb to not only imports but also cars, since im seventeen and got my 03' ex coupe like 2 weeks ago.. but anywho.. i accidentally told my older sis, who owns a AMG'd CLK 430 (lowered), that im lowerin' my car.. and she's like "NO".. it voids ur warranty.. and i was like.. ehh (pretending i knew that) "so!"... then she went on about how she gon' tell one me :'( but anywho.. does lowering your car void your total warranty?! or only parcially.. or what?! thnx

I have a 2002 civic lowered with koni yellow's and H&R lowering springs, and it didn't void my entire warranty, just the suspension warranty, the way it goes, if you lower your car and something goes wrong with your engine, it will be covered under your warranty, but if you lower your car, and your ball bearings go out or your struts go out, then they won't cover it under warranty.

welcome to the board man and mad props for searching and fixing the thread! I would however talk to you dealer, I have a sponsership with my dealer that as long as i install it at the dealership i keep all warranties excpet on parts i remove.

ahaha the funny thing is i talked to my mom yesterday night.. cause i seriously don't recall talking about getting warranty on my car.. and i guess i don't have any warranties or anythign? ahha.. i'm not even sure but whatevers.. all i know is we paid 16200 Out the door for the car. ahah.. oh wells lowering springs here i come!
